Attended the workshop live or already watched the recording

We’re so excited that you’re interested in joining this incredible team of women who grow and give flowers in kindness, represent our organization and help spread our mission!

What is a Growing Kindness™ Ambassador?

Growing Kindness Ambassadors are the heart of our mission. They represent The Growing Kindness Project by planting flowers, sharing their beauty, and inspiring others to embrace the Growing Kindness mission in their own communities. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to connect with others, represent The Growing Kindness mission, give back, and be part of a supportive and close-knit team, this is your opportunity!

Unlike our year-round Growing Kindness Gardener Membership, our Ambassador program is a once-a-year, application-based opportunity. This allows us to provide focused training, build a strong team, and ensure each Ambassador feels equipped and supported.

Because of the Growing Kindness Project, I’m not just surviving, I’m thriving. It’s healing my heart.
— Ganjana, member since 2019

Applications are open just once a year!

Do I Need Special Skills to Become an Ambassador?

Not at all! Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or you’ve never planted a flower before, there’s a place for you here. You don’t need to be a public speaker or have a social media presence either. All you need is:

  • A big heart for helping others.

  • A passion for being part of something meaningful.

  • A willingness to share your time and energy to grow kindness in your community.

If that sounds like you, we’d love for you to join us!

What Do Growing Kindness Ambassadors Do?

As an Ambassador, you’ll:

  • Plant and tend flowers with the purpose of gifting them in your community.

  • Cut and share flowers to spread joy and connection.

  • Participate in exclusive Growing Kindness educational opportunities, available online and occasionally in person.

  • Act as official representatives for the Growing Kindness Project, helping to share the mission in you communities

You’ll serve for a one-year term, with the opportunity to reapply and continue your journey in future years.
