LeeAnn Huber
Contributor LeeAnn Huber is the woman behind Coseytown Flowers. Her heritage extends back six generations of farmers in the Northeast United States. These days you can find her growing in the quiet, rolling hills of Greencastle, Pennsylvania. She has a degree in Animal Science and International Agriculture from The Pennsylvania State University.
In 2015, Coseytown Flowers was formed in partnership with LeeAnn’s wonderful sister, Kate Stoner. It took a few years to settle into some unique opportunities and find their niche in the market. Along the way her family expanded adding two beautiful children and she knew she needed to step back and embrace her role as a parent. During that time Kate established her own floral business, Cold Water Flowers. Kate and LeeAnn love working together and even though they own their own businesses, they still collaborate on many projects.
While LeeAnn stepped back from public sales, she took advantage of the opportunity to explore ideas she always wanted to indulge in. For the next two years, her spare time was dedicated to learning everything she could find about dahlias and hybridizing dahlias. She started growing dahlias from seed and fell in love.
In the spring of 2021, LeeAnn will be launching brand new Coseytown Dahlias along with some more rare dahlia varieties.
